I’m asking because I’ve realized I’m not sure what “evangelization” looks like in real life for regular Catholics. I’m not a big public speaker, and I don’t want to come off pushy. But I also don’t want to hide my faith.
A little context: I grew up Catholic, drifted in my 20s, and came back more seriously after a rough season where I felt pretty empty. Since then I’ve been trying to pray more, go to Mass consistently, and actually live like I believe the Gospel. What I’m struggling with is the “next step” of sharing it with others—friends, coworkers, even family—without making it awkward.
So I’d love to hear your personal evangelization story. Was it a conversation? A long friendship? A moment of prayer? What worked, what didn’t, and what did you learn? If you have any practical tips for everyday Catholic evangelization (especially in a modern workplace), I’m all ears.
